My stay at Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers was a delightful experience! The staff, especially Billy from the F&B team, were attentive and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome. The spacious room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, providing a cozy sanctuary in the bustling North Dago area.I enjoyed the wide range of dining options, with great food and many choices at Feast, the hotel's signature restaurant. The Shine Spa by Zen offered a relaxing retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Toastina Pastry & Coffee House was the ideal spot for a morning coffee or a sweet treat.Despite the rainy weather, I appreciated the lush lagoon pool view from the hotel bar and lounge. The property's well-maintained flora created a serene atmosphere, making it a perfect escape from the busy streets of Bandung. Shelly from the front desk went above and beyond to cater to our needs, even entertaining the kids with a tour around the hotel compound.Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers provided modern comfort, superb service, and a convenient location for exploring the city. I would definitely consider coming back for another relaxing stay.
